Realizing the
above lofty goals,
Van Hung Law
Office
is one of the
citizens' effective legal tools to protect their
legitimate interests. We have only a single wish, a single task that is
to advise, assist and protect the legitimate interests of citizens, businesses,
agencies and other organizations as prescribed by laws of
History:
The Office of Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung was established October 1st,
2003 in the beautiful city of Nha Trang, located at No. 08 Ngo Duc Ke, Nha Trang
(private house of Mr. Noi) headed by Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung.
Since its
establishment, The Office of Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung was involved in proceedings
at court of several levels and localities on national-wide, from courts of
district to provincial courts, including regional courts of appeals and the
Supreme Court to protect the legitimate interests of citizens in the areas of
criminals, civil, economics, administration, marriage and family ...
In addition to
participating in the proceedings, the Office of Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung also
attend counseling and perform other legal services to citizens and businesses at
home and abroad in the language of English, French, Russian and Vietnamese.
There are major
cases recording bold name of the Office and Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung as well as
the mature path of the Office (we would
like to introduce in a separate category).
The work of
consultancy and the performance other legal services have achieved good results,
in accordance with clients’ requirements and in compliance with the law of
On September 30th,
2004, Once Ordinance on Lawyers 2001 took effect for civil servants (Item 1,
Article 42), the Office of Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung suspended as the head of the
Office - Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung was being a civil servant working at the
Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province.
Citizens
and business Van Hung Law Office is pleased to resume to serve the client since
May 30th 2012.
According to the Certificate of registration of law
office No. 37 - 01 - 0049/TP/DKKD issued on May 30th 2012 by the
Khanh Hoa Department of Justice, the Office of Lawyer Nguyen Van Hung was
renamed Van Hung Law Office.
The
goal of Van Hung Law Office has not changed: Van Hung Law
