        I. Advising and participating in court proceedings at all levels throughout the territory of Vietnam in the fields of criminal, civil, economy, administration, marriage and family ...:

            1. Criminal area:

•         Attending in legal proceedings as an advocate for persons in custody in case of being arrested on emergency,  caught in flagrant delict or hunted since custody decisions.

•         Attending in legal proceedings as an advocate for  the accused since the beginning of the prosecution decision.

•         Participating in legal proceedings to act as counsel for indictee since the decision on bringing the case to trial.

•         Joining in criminal proceedings in phases of prosecution, investigation, indictment, judgment at the request of the agency who conducts the proceedings in terms of the cases assigned (the cases whose the accused, indictee are  prosecuted, sued, judged at the penalty of maximum sentence; the case that the accused, indictee are minors, persons with mental defects, ...)

•         Participating in legal proceedings as a protector of rights and legitimate interests of the victims. In case of the prosecution case at the request of the victim, lawyer on their behalf can address charges at the trial.

•         Participating in legal proceedings as a protector of rights and legitimate interests for civil plaintiffs, civil defendants in criminal cases.

•         Participating in legal proceedings as a protector of rights and legal benefits for persons with rights and obligations related to criminal cases.

•         In addition, we can provide guidance to clients on drafting an appeal, the request for cassation appeal, retrial in accordance with the law.

            2. Civil area:

•         Disputes over intellectual property rights, technology transfer between individuals, organizations with each other and having the same profit goals.

•         The dispute between company and its members, between company’s members with each other in respect to the establishment, operation, dissolution, merger, consolidation, division, separation, transformation of  the company.

•         Other disputes on business and commercial provided by law.

         4. Administrative areas: from the local to the central

•         Protests against decisions on sanctioning of administrative violations and decisions to apply preventive measures, the enforcement measures, implementation of decisions on sanctioning of administrative violations;

•         Lawsuits against administrative decisions, administrative acts in granting or revoking the land use right certificates, land allocation, land lease, land recovery, land requisition, to permit conversion of land use purpose; compensation, support, land clearance and resettlement;

•         Lawsuits against administrative decisions, administrative acts in the application of forcible demolition of dwelling houses, buildings, or other solid structures;
